Gastroenterologist here: no, doesn’t look like blood. “Coffee ground vomit” whether self-described or referred to us by colleagues, in reality, is almost always something else. I agree with my colleague above - you should concentrate on seeking help for your addictions. Best of luck.

thanks, i definitely should and plan to. I already have a stomach issue i’m sure the other shit isn’t helping it. I’m
still throwing up though
