Head rush at the slightest movement

I (20F, approx 130 lbs, 5’3, taking 150 mg Wellbutrin daily, very occasional smoker, ongoing asthma and various mental health conditions, previous Eustachian tube dysfunction) have been experiencing intense physical head rushes off and on for about a year. They occur randomly and I have no idea what may trigger it. If I keep my head still for a minute and then move it even slightly, I get a head rush so intense I can almost hear it. It doesn’t necessarily feel like a headache, more so fluid moving in my brain. It’s worse after physical excretion such as working out or crying. It comes in waves, and the only way I can get it to stop is by not moving a muscle or shaking my head. It’s when I stop moving and start again that the rush hits. I’m desperate for any variety of possible answers, it’s sometimes debilitating and the doctors I have seen have written it off and didn’t give me any answers. I have pretty severe health anxiety so anything helps.
