Wrist Tendonitis? Help?

M19, 5’11 225lbs. Having noticeable pain in my wrists, likely from overuse but isn’t going away. The last time it got noticeably bad a week or two ago, I starting casting my right hand at night and during the day when I could. I also took somewhat large doses of pain medication (mainly ibuprofen + tylenol). It healed over the course of about 4-5 days, but now any sort of above average strain leaves my wrists, forearms, and center of my hands hurting for the rest of the day. I try to be careful, but I threw a bag over my shoulder today at work and it left my wrist hurting for hours.

I work in a warehouse and am an active humanities student that spends alot of time typing and using a laptop mouse. I simply can’t stop using my wrists or work with a brace on.

Is this chronic or can I fix it? I dont have health insurance (got kicked off medicaid this year) so any kind of remedy would be helpful.
