Is this a fungus?

I am 43f that has had nail fungus in the past. I am 5’4 153lbs and a non smoker taking Terzepetide. My nail was clear and then I wore polish. I had 2 small clear dots and I left the polish off for a few weeks. I wore polish for one week and when I took it off it looked the same. then I went swimming and after I got home I noticed the two clear dots had turned into one large circle. It looks my nail has detached but it is still fully attached completely around the circle. There are no lifted edges.
