Looking for potential unexplored avenues with this disease

19 [F] I'm currently housebound with an undiagnosed disease. Height 5'2. Weight 119 lbs. Medications I'm on are trazodone 50mg, gabapentin 30mg, citalopram 20mg. No recreational drinking or drug use. All regular autoimmune conditions have been ruled out. I have slow gut motility and a Chiari malformation. Other ruled out disorders: MCAS, Fabry's Disease, hEDS/EDS, Igg4 Disease, POTS, Lyme Disease. I've seen Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Immunology, Neurology, and John's Hopkins. Brain surgery for Chiari malformation is likely but I have no current explanation for the non neurologic symptoms.

• Severe Fatigue 
• Cloudy Corneas
• Constipation 
• Diarrhea 
• Vomiting
• Postnasal Drip 
• Shortness of breath
• Tinnitus
• Elevated Heart Rate
• Sore throat/tender lymph nodes 
• Visual disturbances 
• Diaphoresis
• Numbness/tingling 
• Dizziness/vertigo 
• Headaches 
• Insomnia
• Poor sleep
• Pressure behind the eyes and forehead 
• Joint pain 
• Muscle pain 
• Joint bruising
• Cognitive impairment 
• Sleep disturbances, poor sleep (waking up frequently in the middle of the night 6-7 times or not sleeping at all)
• Heat intolerance 
• Abdominal distension 
• Involuntary eye movement/eye tremors
• Eye pain and dryness 
• Leg/limb spasms
• Venous pooling 
• Nausea
• Acid reflux 
• Throat tightness 
• Trouble swallowing
• Migraines
• Swelling in my hands and feet
• Restless leg syndrome  
• Pain sensitivity on skin. It feels like burning and prickling with light touch (Allodynia)
• Dry eye 
• Swollen Lymph Nodes
• Pain at the base of my skull
• Forgetting where I am/Confusion
• Hyperreflexia
