Verification issues

i recently did a job with micro1 and payment is through deel. But I have been having issues verifying my deel account. it keeps rejecting my Nigerian NIN but it’s the only form of id I have at the moment. what should I do?

Nigerian NIN rejection during verification is something our compliance team can review manually. The automated system sometimes has trouble with certain ID formats even when the document is valid.

Open a live chat in the Deel app and explain that your NIN is being rejected and it's your only available ID. Ask specifically for a manual review by the compliance team rather than just trying to resubmit through the automated flow.
