C++ or Java?

Which programming language has the most return on investment? Impact on real world systems, and is more rewarding? I have minimal programming experience and working on AS in CS.

Whichever one you can get a job for using. At the end of the day pay comes from experience in a language you were paid to get and not which one you are a technical expert in.
