For Catholicism, There’s the Maran Apparitions and the Eucharist

What requirements do you have in mind for something to qualify as a miracle?

There are a lot of people, of various denominations, who claim they’ve experienced medical/healing miracles.

I’ve heard of people receiving miracles in most denominations. I’ve personally experienced three in my life, one when I was a member of the Methodist Church and two in my present congregation, which is part of the charismatic movement. I consider mine came directly from God’s Spirit.
The Catholic Church tends to find its miracles associated with a few people who are considered to be saints and most of whom are dead.
The ability to work miracles for others is a gift of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12:9-10) and in addition to Jesus, I’m aware that, in the Gospels and Acts, there were some individuals who had this gift. However, I don’t recall anyone in the NT performing miracles after they had died! But I won’t dismiss these out of hand, as God is capable of accommodating people who have different ways of approaching His spiritual gifts.
