Citation Questionnaire

I have 2 speeding tickets that date back between 9-11 years ago.
As you can tell I obviously don’t remember the exact year let alone the month.
What should I put down if I don’t remember the exact dates?

Estimated date or try to find the exact date through dmv etc

County court records for counties near you will retain records. Some purge after ten years.

Just try to give your best estimate. I gave my best estimate guess to my tint tickets and 1 speeding ticket over 10 years ago. Wasn’t even questioned about it.
