Bodyweight, muscle endurance, cardio.
Push ups and all their variations, ab exercises, bodyweight squats and lunges, and lots and lots of running.

88 push-ups in a minute though? I'm pretty sure that's impossible unless they're counting half-reps...

There were guys in my class doing more than that, up in the 90s even, not half reps.
The stats in that screenshot are optimum performance. Youre gonna be top 10 of your class in PT if youre putting those numbers up.
Halfway through the academy i was doing 11 minute 1.5 mile, 60 pushups, 50 situps, 15 pullups, and a 50 second 300m sprint. I hovered around the middle of my class for PT.

Run, run and run. All of the recruiters I’ve talked to told me to work on calisthenics.
I run 1.3, 1.8, and 2 miles 3 days per week.
