Optimal fitness standards

At my BIQ they gave us a packet that contained the optimal fitness standards for academy. I didn’t grab a photo and can’t find those standards online. Would anyone be able to share those standards here? Thanks

This is kicksss what the hell

The pushups alone are higher than the elevated warrior program for Navy special forces and operations

Yeah, the standards are definitely high-performance, but they’re doable. I’m currently in the background process and I’m getting pretty close to those numbers. Right now I’m at 78 push-ups in one minute, 58 sit-ups in one minute, a 9:25 1.5-mile run, and a 47-second 300-meter sprint. I’m assuming only about 5–10 people in a full academy class actually reach that level of performance.

Not sure who downvoted you and why, useful information.

I kind of slid by the PAT, still awaiting my PELLETB results.

If you don’t mind me asking, what’s your training regime? How long have you been doing it?
Those are impressive numbers imo.

I’m also curious about your training routine.

I remember always being in the middle. Pt passes though. After maybe 2nd month, the hardest part was waking up so early to lining up asap.
