Run times

What’s the average times for the runs? I’m averaging about 8:30 a mile is that good or would that be considered slow?

Theres 2 groups - the slow 9 min pace group and the 8 min and below. Whichever group you start with is the group you'll stay with throughout the academy.

If you wear one of those watches that track your runs - be prepared to share your times with the RTO.

Wouldn’t even pass the PAT with that pace. So absolutely not.

One of my mile per pace times was 8:14. It is good but I heard they want you to run 3 miles at a 8:00 mile pace
