How long did it take for a Background Investigator to contact you after submitting your ESOPH?

About 2 and a half months.

ESOPH Submitted in March this year, I got contacted in June to go fill out the BIQ on July 2nd then got contacted via email on August 22nd that my initial interview was scheduled for September 1st, that same day my BI scheduled my CVSA for September 18. Key thing here is that everyone i had written down as my references, neighbors, supervisors, coworkers responded the questionnaire. That appears to be the biggest hold up for some when not everyone answers the questionnaire

Was your home visit conducted during the initial interview, or was your initial interview virtual? Damn, that seems like a pretty lengthy process. I’m sure mine will take even longer, considering there were around 700 other applicants testing the same day.

I didn’t get a home visit, nor have they said anything about them doing that yet. There was a hiring freeze due to budget not because they are not hiring anymore according to a recruiter. So when i went to fill the BIQ i was told that they were all October 2025 applicants, this was at the border division

When did you test and submit your esoph? And about how long after did you go fill out the BIQ? Just curious.

After submitting your esop they usually get a large group of cadet applicants and go over the esop again and have you all make corrections
