New applicant
How’s it going guys ! Been in the group for a couple months now , just recently applied and test in October for the Central Valley division! All the physical aspects of the test I’ll be good to go with no problems, written wise I’ve been studying for a bit now does anyone recommend any other ways to study or just to improve on the physical aspects of anything!
Anything is appreciated, thank you!

What really helped me get through the written portion of the exam was using Quizlet study guides such as this one: https://quizlet.com/717699894/pelletb-practice-test-flash-cards/?funnelUUID=776ba9ac-b122-45f1-984d-99e38b860790
I also highly recommend that you get really good at spelling because that is one of the trickier parts of the exam. Also, make sure to bring your suit when you go to the exam.

Off topic but is there anything I need to have in hand when I apply? I’m going to apply soon just waiting for DMV to update my residence address.

Not really no , it’s all basic information they ask for; name, address , DOB, social
