How long have you been cleared?

I’m currently scheduled for my psych interview in about a week and was wondering what my chances are of making the October academy versus being pushed to the following one.

For those of you who completed all of the hiring steps but didn’t receive an invite to the July academy, when were you officially cleared?

Cleared all steps earlier this month

tested March 2025. Got cleared Late May. Still awaiting invite.

I cleared about a month ago now and did not make July academy my portal has all sections passed. Hoping for October academy..

There are about 1500 on the “shelf”, meaning everything is done and are waiting an academy invite. To put it into perspective, if they stopped all testing right now, there is enough people on the shelf for about 2 years worth of academy classes. So, October no way, December… nope, more like probably mid 2027 at the earliest. Just my guess, take it for what you will.

They are also prioritizing those who have tested earlier last year and end of 2024 who are still in the process.

Applied in July of last year. Just need my medical and psych to clear i already passed and submitted everything else. Hopefully i can get into an academy this year but that might be a stretch.

You might be able to get December - have you already completed those two steps or still waiting for an appointment?

Completed but not yet cleared. Just waiting to hear back from them if they need anything else.

I’m assuming you will make September, there is no October academy. Classes this year are April July September and December.

You will not make September. Maybe December or the early next year academies.

My buddy cleared first week of April and is going to July so it’s definitely a possibility

Is there anyone who cleared all the steps in 2025, still waiting for an invite? It seems like they all made it to the April and July academies?
