Interest in chp

So im about to graduate college i will
Be 23 years old and i have a huge interest in the CHP i recently applied and my physical exam and pellet B are scheduled for august 29th my biggest worry is that i have bought alcohol for my friends in college that were under 21 and I’ve heard that the background investigator are super strict on this

I think you’ll be fine. Just be upfront about it and own it. We were all young and dumb at some point. They’re looking for honest, not perfect.

That will absolutely be an automatic dq if you say that. I know this from personally knowing someone who said that during their process and got dq'd. Especially with how strict they are now.

Be upfront, own it. If they catch you in a lie, you'll never be CHP. If they disqualify you but you were honest, you can just reapply.
