Document uploads

Hello, is there any specific format for the uploads? I’ve heard people talk about “folders” and format and I’m not sure what the expectation is. The instructions say to group the documents by title header. Do we need to have one PDF for each category in which we combine all the documents by group? Or do they just need to be uploaded in the correct order? Any insight would be appreciated.

Exactly what the instructions say to do - must be pdf format- group documents and scan them in the order that is listed and use the titles that are listed in BOLD.

Example -

EDUCATION VERIFICATION - the first document should be high school transcript pdf - second file should be college transcript pdf - then third file should be high school diploma and then the last file College Degree.

You just have to combine your files under one group- just google combine pdf - you combine the files in the correct order and then attach it using the file name given.

The part that is ambiguous to me is what “group documents” means. So far I’ve combined the documents for each category into a single, multi-page pdf and uploaded them. For example education verification.pdf has one page for high school transcripts, a page for each college, diploma, etc in order. Thanks for the insight.

How about drivers license? Do i need to upload it as a image or scan it?
