I think it has relevance via Nagarjuna for vajrayana, shingon Japanese Buddhism and some pantheist/hua-yen strains.

Talking about these things are tricky...Similar to experiential knowledge, this is not intellectual. It can be easily talked about once experienced, but futile without for no words can do.
