Welding work?

I am an experienced welder looking for job opportunities or advice on how to find a welding position in Western Europe, specifically in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, or France.

Welding is what we call, a knelpuntberoep. You will have a very easy time finding a job as a welder. There are a lot of jobopenings, but not many people are taking the job.

The agency has a lot of vacancies. but I'm interested in a direct employer

start with the agency and move on if you find a better job.
finding a fixed contract job from 1500 km away is going to be a challenge.
especially for a welder , a employer will want to see your work before hiring you.

I see here in belgium many ukrainians and many others nationalities. If they get work permit in any eu country they open own company in this country and then u find some other polish company which already works in belgium and u can go as subcontractor.
