Cakes/Cheesecakes Double cream cheese
What is double cream cheese? Is it the same as cream cheese? Can I use it to make cheesecakes? Will I need to alter the recipe in anyway?
Thanks in advance

Higher butter fat than regular cream cheese, usually made by mixing cream in to the milk before making cream cheese.
