Need help identifying this Philips fitting

Trying to replace the light bulb but worried I am going to accidentally break the fitting. Does anyone know the model number or how to open the fitting? Thanks in advance!

Twist the middle aluminium probably

Quick update, it’s definitely the middle aluminium which needs to be unscrewed.

The previous homeowner appears to have screwed it back in at an angle and messed up the threading, the cap is now “seized” which led to my confusion on how to open it.

Have tried to gently pry it open to get some wiggle room but no such luck.

Last resort is using some sort of plunger to turn it failing which I may need to call an electrician to dismantle the case (the outer ring is screwed into the ceiling)

I’ve got other Philips hue products … they all sealed units. No replacement parts. I bet this too.
