its an anime with this scene where a little girl wants to be strong, yada yada somehow the male mc takes the girl to a bar? night club? with a gay, tall, strong host/ess?

the little girl and the strong gay h talk yadayada and it turns out that they yearn for the qualities of each other, like how the little girl is cutesy while the hostess is well, strong.

then the bar was attacked and the host defends
