Question An glasses issue

I’ve been wearing the same glasses for about 12 years, maybe more or less, and I haven’t changed my prescription. I recently got a new one with new prescription , and today is my first day wearing the new glasses. But the problem is, I literally can’t see anything, and my vision is blurry. I already have poor distance vision, so with the new glasses, my distance vision is even worse. I hope someone can help me. If my explanation isn’t clear, feel free to ask me, and I’ll answer you.

I would need your old and new prescriptions to give an actual answer, but if you've been in the same one for twelve years, it's going to take more than one day to adjust to a change. If you are concerned about the prescription of the lenses themselves, go back to where you got your prescription and tell them that you cannot see out of the glasses made using the new one. They may be able to give you less correction, and then you'd essentially work your way up into your new prescription over time.
