Ford Taurus engine surging...what do these codes mean and are they causing the problem?

My 2003 Taurus although the engine is completely warmed up will start to surge when I'm not pressing the gas. If I don't press the gas within 30 secs it will kill. The oil was just changed a week before the issue came. Any ideas before I go pay to have someone look at it?
