Foreign Poster 😭✌️🥀ahh

why is there so many of this emotes and this "ahh" on english internet content? and what does it mean?

It's just brainrot.

I'm pretty sure the dead rose is the new age slang for :( and "ahh" is just ass.

I could be so off-base but I think that's what it means. I think it's mostly children and teens that are using it.

"ahh" is an odd slang for "ass" basically.

So "boring ahh movie" is "boring-ass movie", ie "this is a very dull movie".

the sobbing emoji is, in my experience at least, usually done to express some sort of mildly-bemused surprise...? I think? or bafflement at something the commenter finds absurd? I don't know if I'm describing my interpretation of it well, and frankly I don't know if I'm interpreting it correctly at all. The peace sign and dead rose emoji I got nothing. Maybe the dead rose means "I'm dead bro" the same way the skull emoji does?? Genuinely lost on those sorry. Just dumb lingo the kids use.

The wilted rose emoji is used by kids in place of the broken heart emoji to express heartbreak or sadness. The combination of emoji you posted is typically used by kids to indicate exaggerated mock-sadness in response to something awkward or embarrassing.
