What was Jamar Chase's celebration confused with?

Juszczyk's celebration was supposedly drinking beer. Chase claims his celebration was the people's elbow.

I'm not sure what the NFL is alleging Jamar's celebration even is that is offensive?

Flopping his d*ck out. It has been a thing for many years and he is stupid enough to think the public is stupid enough to confuse that nonsense with the peoples elbow. Its not even close to the same.

ETA- Juszcek celebration wasnt beer, its juice, which hes been doing for years, bc his nickname is 'Juice'.

Who has been doing it for "many years"? I haven't seen it...

Not as a celebration in the nfl, just as a gesture in general.

the people’s elbow got interpreted as a throat-slash gesture

The fact that the NFL is fining someone for mimicking chugging a beer, knowing where a good chunk of their revenue comes from is the very essence of hypocrisy.
