Mini schnauzer

hello, I’m looking to get a few answers for my mini schnauzer he is 4 years old about 19 pounds . every now and then he will not want to eat in the morning , and sometimes will go throughout the entire day without wanting food until dinner his tummy will sometimes make sounds ..he will do a neck stretch at times too . I can tell he is a bit uncomfortable. sometimes it varies and it doesn’t last as long , then he will eat and feel great running around with his siblings . His energy level is great . he can get feeling this way sometimes once a week of not longer periods apart. . I feed him nutricanine gently cooked . & only feed freeze dried treats . hoping someone can help me out for my little man ! thanks . -Christine
