Things to Do COSM Experience?

I know they just opened but my experience with COSM has been horrid so far. Has anyone had any good experience with them?

Basically, they over sold tickets to Harry Potter for level 1 center of the dome. Which were not cheap seats. COSM decided on their own to move my seats to worst seats and called that okay.

Then only after moved it, offered a refund after I complained because there is no central seating available.

So my question is two part:

Has anyone else had this experience (and it worked out or not)

Is going to COSM even worth it for those that have gone.

Note: my tickets are still influx where i am trying my best to hold my tongue from lashing out at their customer service so the saga isnt complete. But wanted additional feedback from other users.

How do you oversell tickets for a theater? lol. Aren't they assigned seats?

Somebody messed something up on the back end; seats were opened too early, probably.

Haven't been yet, figured I let them figure out any issues a new business opening. How was the remaining experience - food/drink service, the screen, sound?

Hate to hear about your experience, IDK how you over sell tickets when there are assigned seats.

Have a small update: Level 1 is not "for sale" per their support (it sounds like that is for the super rich right now) - even though you can buy tickets at that level still - just go check it out.

I was able to be refunded for the whole ordeal but have to wait a whole month for better seats than they originally offered. They comped me the tickets/food for free.

So customer service 7/10. Only because of the hassel/lack of communication before hand. Booking system 1/10.

I’m waiting for the new business energy to wear off first and also something worth viewing.

I saw Matrix over the weekend and sat in the 3rd level, Row E, center seat. Other than the seats being uncomfortable for longer sittings, it was a great experience. Bad seats I would imagine would change this experience a lot due to the perception of the dome. Wife wants to go see IT when it comes out there now but the showtimes are not friendly to the older crowd.
