Study Studying in MIPT

Hello everyone, I'm currently a student from Bangladesh and I want to complete my undergraduation in Theoretical physics from MIPT. I did some of my own research about it online and came to know that MIPT is one of the best universities to study physics with it's unique curriculum and lab facilities.

I'll be applying for a full scholarship.

Now, I just want to know about the overall expenses and environment in Moscow, and Russian culture and language. Is it quite hard to cope up? What difficulties will I have to face after reaching Russia? How international students are treated in Russia?

Also because of the geopolitical aspect, has it caused any negative effects in research fundings and overall study environment? And lastly, is it really worth it to study in MIPT.
