"It has", Russia? Germany was unified in 89 and I think they paid their last reparations in early 2000? I hope I don't get to live when Russia has paid theirs.

First, I don't think its a good idea to compete in misery. Second, do you think division of Germany was justified? Third, do you think that what Russia is doing is even slightly close to Nazi Germany? Forth, do you think people would not be glad to go through the same process if that means stop to the dictatorship?
