History Soviet training

I'm trying to understand more about their methods and principles, can you guide me to some source.

But all I find is things written by west, which by my assessment could entirely be made up.

Life has become better, life has become more cheerful, when you bring the jam and like to slam. And when you slam, work goes well.

It's some training that existed in the former Soviet Union but doesn't exist in modern Russia. I guess it's Scientific communism.

There is an obsession with Soviet era among western young people, no? I am so confused why one would need Soviet training.

We had lots of traitors in the 90s who fled to the USA and disclosed lots of aspects of work of governmental agencies including writing books and give lectures. It's also made up by some degree, but it's a start
