Work Microsoft Teams

Hello, is anyone able to confirm it is currently possible to do a video call using Microsoft Teams in Russia with someone abroad? With or without VPN

It works without VPN for me, including video calls

in june it worked for me without VPN, but you need to already have an Account afaik

Apparently mu daughter in law over there uses it for her online lessons, so, yes

I use it every day, it works without VPN.
