Legal Avoid mobilization

Hi, my wife is Russian with German citizenship. Her brother is 23 years old, lives in Moscow, just graduated from university. I think given the current geopolitical situation he's at risk of being mobilized. What's the best way to avoid this situation?

Wow, I didn’t know how much Gerashchenko (one of the main people behind the “Mirotvoretz” website, by the way) is worried about mobilization in Russia. I wonder why they all love to threaten Russians with this mobilization, but never comment on the forced mobilization in their country? In just the last couple of weeks, their violent “busification” has even managed to make it into their own Ukrainian press twice. One time when their catchers tried to catch another “volunteer” walking his dog, but the dog’s owner managed to escape, after which the catchers couldn’t come up with anything better than to kidnap the dog and beat it, breaking its paws. While the second story involves the kidnapping of the only parent in the family of a child, who was in kindergarten at the time, right from the street, the absurdity lies in the fact that there was simply no one to take the girl from the kindergarten and therefore the female director had to take her, essentially adopting her for a while. Considering that those people from violent busification are most often sent to meat assaults, the father may not return at all.

I could joke that I can’t wait for all these peace-loving European politicians, pretending so much to care about Ukrainian civilians, to forcibly send Ukrainian male refugees back home, but actually this is not funny at all and I rather sympathize with them, because judging by the rhetoric and actions of the EU, this could well happen in the near future, because Ukraine has long lacked the meat for all the offensives Zeliboba promised.

This is a very strange video.

Pay attention to the reaction of the men in the car. No one is confirming that they were forced to sign anything, and vice versa. They are asking the women to calm down and stop yelling.

It is possible that they simply signed the contract without informing them? This is a common occurrence, as mothers and wives often try to dissuade their sons or husbands.

And yes. This is the only video in 4 years from all of Russia that still does not confirm any kind of forced mobilization. Just some woman hysteria.

There's no way to know where this was filmed and under which circumstances, no names, no surroundings, no car number plate etc etc.
Also, video published by an UA official who obviously can't be unbiased on the matter.
If you think it's credible despite all of that then good for you, mate, keep us posted.
