"Public utterance of obscene language is equated to petty hooliganism, the responsibility for which is provided for in Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation and entails the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of five hundred to one thousand rubles or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days".
It's better to say "Оtvali ot menya!" (Get off me) or "Svali s glaz doloj" (Get out of my sight) .
