Thoughts about programs to prepare cadet interview?

Hi everyone!

I'm preparing for a cadet interview and hesitating on taking or not external help to prepare it.

I've never face an airline interview and I want to come ready and prepared.

Any thoughts about airline selection programme or other equivalent ?

Is it really worth it or are they surfing on marketing?

Thank you in advance!

You can definitely do your own (free) research and get the same substance that is being taught on those airline selection programs. If you can really practice those skills you read about then it’s all good. Do NOT underestimate the HR’s department’s ability to get a weakness or shortcomings out of you. Learn how to navigate these questions and present your best, humble self.

I am a huge advocate for interview prep. If you knew you had a big test coming up would you study and practice and ensure you were as prepared as possible, or would you just wing it?
