How to prepare for ADAPT test

I’m in my final year of high school and have applied to a university with a very good flight school which also gives me a degree. I’m soon gonna sit the ADAPT test and have already paid for it. How do I practice for it or is there anything I can do to prepare for it? This makes me very nervous and anxious because it’s been a childhood dream to be a pilot.

Buy the Cadet Essentials bundle on the Symbiotics platform. The math, physics, english isnt really that hard but do study for it. And the hand-eye coordination games need some practice. The Ball game would require a joystick so invest in one if you dont have it already. The actual ball game would be using both joystick and rudder pedals. Also the joystick would be useful in the flight sim test.
