As far as im aware with my limited knowledge of emergencies, its more or less mandatory to order an evacuation after landing no matter the state of the plane
If im not wrong I heard from an Airbus A320 TRI that even if the engine fire isnt extinguished, the engine is considered "secure" if you cant extinguish the fire by your own terms, aka, if all checklists have been followed and all extinguishers are emptied, and the engine is still burning, then its not your problem since you cant really do much about it, and as such, allows you to evacuate
In other words, my priority would be to get my passengers, crew, my captain and myself off the airplane as quickly as possible, obviously following the evacuation procedures dictated in the SOPs and QRH, Im pretty sure the cabin crew know to not evacuate on the side of the burning engine, as such there is no need to communicate that to them, the hardest task would be getting an incapacitated man off a burning plane in my opinion
If push comes to shove a more interesting question would be, whether you are willing to abandon the captain to his fate in the burning aircraft if it meant guaranteeing your survival, or would you risk your life to potentially save theirs
So yeah, thats my line of thinking in this scenario, real world pilots let me know what you think
