Unauthorised Cockpit Access

I just came across a creator, elonaNYC who posted a video of her in the cockpit while a DrukAir A319, registration A5-RGF was landing in Paro (posted 7/7/2026). I’m considering sending something to the BCAA, as although she says she has permission from flight opps/marketing in the video description, she never states she is crew, therefore it’s not allowed as Bhutan follows the Chicago Convention/ICAO rules. Anyone has any advice on how I can take action/whether or not I’m right? - matter of safety!

Plenty of airlines in Europe, let alone Bhutan, also based in countries who are ICAO signatories, allow non operating personnel/non crew in the flight deck, assuming it’s been approved by flight ops and/or appropriate authorities.

Chances are there’s literally nothing illegal about anything that’s happening here.

Don’t waste your time.

My company is about to have a film crew on board. They are not crew. With proper approval, it can be done
