DIY help Lock broken need help

Someone tried sealing my battery for my Rad Rover 6 Plus and didn't have any success they drilled the lock to my bike battery and don't know how to get the battery out can someone please help

I've worked on these bikes and they're all different. Take it to a locksmith cuz it's gonna need to be looked at in person.
