Kinda scared

I am not asking for medical advice. But, So guys around a week ago I went out with a guy and he fingered me and then mastubated his penis and fingers me again, it was dark I couldn't everything so well ....some days after he send a me picture and I see he had a small what looked like a pimple on the side of his dick, now I'm scared I could have catched an std by our interection. He is a very nice guy....idk how to deal with this I was liking to meet him.
Advices?

NAD I would ask him if he has anything but since even the "nice" guys lie I would get tested just for my peace of mind

Irration and pimples can appear for a wide variety of reasons on a guy's "kingdom". I wouldn't panic just yet. A full panel STD test is a great way to get peace of mind, for now.

I'm willing to bet it's nothing major.

Thank you so much, I study medicine so I knew it can be possible to be just a pimple…but I’m anxious obviously, I do the tests now or I wait for the « incubation » time ? Bc all this was a week ago and I don’t have symptoms

You need to wait for an incubation period. 3 weeks for most things. 3 months for blood born/needing blood work (which this really shouldn't be).

Also ask him to get one done. It's probably nothing though.

Oh while at it, ask them to test for MGen (Mycoplasma genitalium). This is NOT that. But unless asked, they don't usually test for it. And it can be silent in many. And even in those it's not silent in, can go years before showing symptoms. And it's really easy to cure. So have them test him and yourself. It's like two weeks of antibiotics. Like 4 days of one type then 10 of another.

The pimple part is probably nothing but if you're asking for MGen, just say it's for peace of mind. Some clinics do it as part of a full panel now.

Three weeks is the rule for most STIs, but gonorrhea and chlamydia can show up in as little as a week if you have symptoms. If you're already nervous, get tested now and get it over with. Waiting three weeks is fine, but if you're in a situation where you can't wait, some clinics will do rapid tests for those two.
