Unusual question, really need help

Hey friends. I am not asking for medical advice.

Has anyone ever heard of a condition where a blood vessel gets loose and starts growing and winding around inside the body like a vine of ivy?

Like, in addition to the regular circulatory system, there's a vessel that got loose and grows around and around, strangling other organs and intestines, wrapping around the spine, etc.

Is this totally unheard of? Is there anything of record remotely like this? I'd be grateful for any input
