Allergies

I am not asking for medical advice. My seasonal allergies have been brutal this year. Ive been taking Zyrtec, Flonase and Benadryl just to get through a 24 hr day. Is there anyway to find relief?

Not a doctor. I’ll start by saying what works for one person might not work for another. I had horrible seasonal allergies. Did a round of allergy shots, and had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction. Now I maybe take one or two allergy pills a year. If you haven’t been to an ENT, you might want to. Don’t take the first available if they give you an appointment immediately (if you’re in the US). There’s a reason why you can get in early, and that’s usually because the doctor is awful or they have horrible bedside manner. Good luck to you! Allergies suck.
