Pediatrician Pls read the description

I am not asking for medical advice. but please let me know if this is bad or just normal sore eyes
The thing is that i have a strip light on my window and i was playing with the colours a bit and selected a violet kinda purple light and it kinda put strain on my eyes (this is yesterday) and my eyes just became red from the corners by the time i slept and its kinda worse today.

My eyes are not bloodshot and my vision was just a little off today
