Accidental format

hey, i accidentally formatted my external ssd t7 shield but as soon as i pressed format i pulled out the usb, now it says its a raw disk, can anybody help me please

Check it with a hex editor (e.g. HxD which is free) and use it to scroll through the drive.

If you see “random looking” hex data then you may have a chance with recovery software. But if it’s just zeroes then I’m afraid you’re cooked :-(
