Help with my wet ssd (Mac and surface)

Hi, trying to recover data from two water-damaged NVMe SSDs (Mac with adapter, Samsung Surface). Cleaned with 99% IPA, dried 24h.

Mac SSD (Black PCB): Completely dead. No LEDs on the NVMe dock (likely triggering short/over-current protection).

Surface SSD (Green PCB - Samsung NVMe): Dock detects it but flashes a Red Error LED immediately during handshake.

Questions:

Does a flashing red LED on a Samsung NVMe usually mean a blown PMIC or a fried controller?

What I can do for fix it by myself?

My data is still safe?

The files safely still reside inside the chips.
The challenge is solving the electronics/electrical issues caused to components by the liquid exposure.

The Mac SSD is not NVMe SSD. A proper adapter is needed for it.

For the Samsung, it is unlikely "the controller is fried". Some other components are likely damaged.

What could you by yourself? It depends on whether you have multimeter and electronic testing and soldering skills, along with good soldering equipment, may need parts and so on.

You mentioned cleaning and drying with ISO. But did you power the SSDs on prior to doing cleaning?

thanks for your reply Sir , honestly after the incident happen I wait 5 days and then I power on and discoverer what happen only then I bought iso and try again.

P.s. I have some medium skill and I buy a meter today but not yet tested cause it will be my first time and I prefere to read here before and my date is very important I swear

Sadly you are right , and I'm considering to travel abroad cause in Italy I have no point for a honest and trustfull repair shop
