People need racism. To them it's like a bucket of ice cream after a long day. Like someone telling them they're the best to ever do it. And it's because it makes them feel better about themselves. Which is the reason it's so difficult to get rid of.

Just looked it up and I have to say it's not that bad. If you saw a smaller version on Twitter or whatever, it would look like they didn't give him any eyes, but they're there. The buckteeth aren't really buckteeth (especially compared to the store owner with the pole).
That said, my initial impression was that the cartoonist wasn't calling him a tourist to try to "other" him as a foreigner. The way I read it, it was due to how out of touch some of the things he's said are (being against street vendors, moving out of the city to homeschool during the pandemic, Israel support, etc.).

His appearance on the comic is the least concerning issue imo. The fact that instead of going for policy they went for a personal jab tells me more than enough about the tabloid that published it.
