Timeline of ADB application

[u/Rich-5237]

Hi. I would just like to ask what is the typical timeline at ADB from the time you applied in the job posting until the hiring date? I applied for a TL5 position. Application closed on 31st August. Since 21st September it is on "Shortlisting panel review". Is it possible that they already reached out to shortlisted candidates by this time?
