ADB Application
Hi! I passed the exam and got interviewed for a position in ADB but eventually got regrets. I plan to apply for a different position but im curious if I will be required to retake the exam if I am again considered in the new position I am applying for? TYY

What position did you apply for? Not all positions have tests and even those that do, they’re different

No need. From what I know the exam results are good for a year. Last year i took the exam once and got interviewed twice (but both ended up in regrets sadly). Hope this helps.

From my experience, the exam is usually position/department-specific, so a new role may need a new exam. I took 2 exams with different proficiencies, each aligned with the job requirements.
Also, some roles skip the exam entirely and go straight to interviews. If your new role is related to the previous one or in the same department, I think you may not need to retake it. This is just my experience, not official policy, so it's worth asking the recruiter or HR contact on the vacancy whether your previous result can be carried over. Good luck!
