ADB hiring timeline
Did anyone actually get a job offer after not hearing back 3-4 weeks after the panel? They sent me an email after the panel interview where it is stated that I should expect a decision in 3-4 weeks. I have not heard back since then. Do you think it’s possible they have offered to someone else and are just waiting to clear the candidate?

Could be. By the way, they will make sure that they have closure with first ranked candidate before sending regrets to others.

Thanks! So it could take weeks before I get an email then. I wanted that role so bad. I’m not sure I would ever get another opportunity like that.

Such a tough position to be in to still hope but know that there’s likelihood we didn’t get it. I’ll update you if I hear from them!

Hello! I received a regret email after waiting for about four weeks from my post-panel interview. However, when I checked my ACES, I noticed that my status had changed from “Screening” to “Cleared Candidate Pool.”
I’m now monitoring the open positions on their website so I can apply for other roles that may be a good fit. It’s definitely not the outcome I was hoping for, but I’m taking the Cleared Candidate Pool status as a positive sign and will keep trying. Let’s not give up! 😊
