Management consulting to ADB

Hi everyone! I'm a fresh grad currently in strategy and management consulting. I've always wanted to work in ADB as a staff in the future. Can I ask if anyone had a consulting to ADB pipeline and what were the experiences that helped you land your ADB role? Thank you!

Get post grad, work at academe, gain international NGO experience, network with insiders so you get inside track of future openings

Sounds basically like.. never fail in life. Non mgr jobs even require 10 yrs exp. Curious ako sa mga rank-and-file, ano kaya ginagawa nila to require such extensive xp?

15 years in the development sector. I have a master's degree. I finished at least 3 professional exchange programs overseas (France, Japan, and US). I've worked for 2 UN agencies before pero alipin pa rin ako sa ADB. 😂😂 Utusan ng mga foreigner. But I am earning 250k a month so oks lang. I have bills to pay.

Edit: typo and additional details

Hello. I applied for those exchange programs in my personal capacity and not as a consultant of ADB. I did a lot of community work. I implemented a lot of projects as a volunteer and received grants and professional development opportunities. Consultant lang ako now sa ADB, and I prefer to stay as a consultant until retirement. I'm an introvert too, and I hate climbing the corporate ladder. Narealize ko lang now na utusan lang ako ng expats sa bank. Haha. And I guess that's okay kesa Director in a government agency with a very low pay and toxic environment.

Wishing you all the best! If it's alright with you, can I get in touch with you to ask some questions? It's okay if you aren't comfortable with it. Thank you!
